Your greater purpose, which gives it all meaning, is when you connect with your Inner Joy. You find Joy in moments when you are fully aligned with your True Nature. This magical point is what I call your Inner North. It is available and open to all of us at any given moment. It requires nothing from us. It is limitless and eternal.

 

If you work with Wendy, she will help you connect more consistently with your true passion and joy through visualization, guided meditation, mindfulness, and increasing awareness of your emotional state and how it influences your ability to connect. She will support you in noticing subtle differences between what is good for you and what isn’t, clarify your preferences, and help you trust your intuition and guidance through experience. This nurtures a more joyful, expansive outlook that fosters compassion, creativity, and awareness, making you feel freer and lighter as you recreate your life in this new, inspiring space.
