“Your deepest purpose is to align with your Soul’s light — and express it joyfully and uniquely in the world.”

Wendy can be found most mornings on her backyard patio, savoring a quiet moment of stillness, doing what she calls her “Backyard Bird Therapy,” sipping Meyer Lemon tea, and reflecting in her journal. However, this ritual didn’t begin overnight. It has evolved over the past 30 years into a sacred and essential practice for starting the day, whenever possible.

A little over 3 decades ago, Wendy’s journey to answer her Spirit’s call began with a personal, consciousness-shifting experience. The Power of Music served as a catalyst for transformation and unexpectedly set her on a path to connect with her true essence. Suddenly, on a quest for self-discovery, she set out to understand what had happened and to explore her place in the universe. Along the way, she discovered a deeper sense of purpose, meaning, and connection.
But the human path can be slippery. Life’s pressures often pull us away from our inner knowing, leading to a kind of “spiritual forgetting” in which wisdom fades under daily demands.

This desire to understand herself sparked her love of writing, which she discovered was her best tool for insight and self-expression. She journaled daily and uncovered not only her own voice but also a creative side that had been dormant since she was a teenager, when she wrote poetry.
In 2000, she founded Inner North Coaching out of a passion for helping others reconnect with their True Nature and live with greater passion, purpose, and alignment. She believes that when people reconnect with their deeper selves, they naturally become more inspired, creative, and motivated to pursue their dreams and contribute to the greater good.

That is why we need each other. Support, encouragement, and shared insight can help us remember what we already know and guide us back to ourselves.
This website is a collection of reminders Wendy has learned and relearned throughout her journey — insights drawn from everyday life, personal reflection, spiritual study, and meaningful collaborations with others. Through stories, writings, and inspiration, Wendy invites you to REMEMBER your own source of wisdom, creativity, and joy.
