Research has shown that everyone from professional athletes to successful business people reach their goals faster and easier if they have a clear vision of where they are going and what they want to have happen.
Creating a Vision:
- What are the important elements to remember about my vision?
- How often will I commit to take time to revisit this vision?
Identifying the Gaps:
- Have I done an honest assessment of my strengths and weaknesses?
- What changes need to take place to compensate for my weak areas?
- Am I clear on the attributes and skills I need?
- What are the questions I should be asking?
Develop a plan:
- Have I developed a plan for implementing these changes?
- How can I maximize my strengths to the fullest?
Moving into the Future:
- How will I continue to create new vision as my business moves forward?
- How will my role evolve and change within the business?
- How can I expand my role into the community and the world?
It’s not just about growth—it’s about things running optimally, it’s about balancing your business with the rest of your life, it’s about enjoying the journey!
