You will also incorporate the principles of Allowing, Detaching, and Divine Timing to establish a powerful beginning to each day.
The evening meditation is an opportunity to take time before you go to sleep to review your day and revisit your dreams and goals. This practice is extremely powerful and rarely done.
You will review what worked and didn’t work and what lessons you can take from that day.
It is also an opportunity to clear negative emotions, accept yourself and others, and make room for a fresh hew day to come.
