Creating a Vision:

1. What are the important elements to remember about my vision?
2. How often will I commit to take time to revisit this vision?

Identifying the Gaps:

1. Have I done an honest assessment of my strengths and weaknesses?
2. What changes need to take place to compensate for my weak areas?
3. Am I clear on the attributes and skills I need?
4. What are the questions I should be asking?

Develop a plan:

• Have I developed a plan for implementing these changes?
• How can I maximize my strengths to the fullest?

Moving into the Future:

• How will I continue to create new vision as my business moves forward?
• How will my role evolve and change within the business?
• How can I expand my role into the community and the world?
